Fisherman Village in Brittany 芸辉是爱润的创始人。爱润是深圳睿途的合作伙伴，过去给我们组织了很多教育讲座，睿途在深圳人才公园的演讲，都是爱润组织的。 芸辉女儿今年以“优秀毕业生”的身份从红岭中学毕业，通过高考被香港中文大学深圳校区录取。 香港中文大学深圳校区是录取难度很高的一所学校，高考分数线是广东省高校最高。芸辉女儿幸运的通过自主招生的方式被录取。 芸辉说：我还是非常欣慰的。因为我几乎没有督促过她学习，也几乎没有亲子关系冲突。她还说：我俩的关系是互相看到对方的不容易，从而互相体谅和欣赏。 今天转载一篇芸辉女儿的英文演讲文章，这篇文章是从一个女儿的角度观察妈妈，特别能给我启发，让我理解什么样的亲子关系对孩子最好。 这篇英文演讲中，芸辉女儿说，妈妈就是她的榜样。因为妈妈六点前起床，十年如一日，40岁的时候放弃稳定的工作开始创业，从小妈妈坚持和自己一起阅读。 我喜欢这篇英文演讲首先是因为孩子的英文好，简洁流畅，虽然不难，但富有韵律。其次是这篇演讲是真正的孩子视觉。亲子关系中，我们总是父母在说，孩子很少说我们需要什么样的父母。读了这篇演讲稿，我就能理解很多父母每天的焦虑，找亲子关系的解决方案都是无用功。最好的解决方案就是做好自己。从芸辉女儿的演讲中我看到，妈妈做好自己能够给孩子带来多大的影响。 和父母想象中不同的是，孩子不需要太多“焦虑的”指导，也不需要事无巨细的参与，而是父母做好自己的工作就可以。 Role Model Honorable judges and distinguished guests, good afternoon! Thank you for having me here. Today I am going to talk about my role model. Have you ever met a person who insists getting up before 6 for more than 10 years? Have you ever met a person who started to run her business in her 40s? Have you ever met a person that could balance family and work at the same time? I have, and that person is my mum. Every morning when I was in primary school, I woke up in the sound of mother’s reading. Sometimes she read aloud Chinese poems that she liked, sometimes she also read aloud English texts to improve her English. All these reading needed to be finished before 7:30 because after that she had to go to work. Thus, she gets up before 6. She insists this reading habit until now and she said her writing skill and her speaking skill have improved through this process. Her perseverance touches me a lot and I do appreciate her spirit of continuous learning. And she uses her behavior to teach me a lesson, that is, anyone who keeps learning stays young. My mum used to be an accountant in a big technology company. It seemed as a satisfactory job with high stability as well as high social status. However, my mum didn’t have any interests in doing this work, so she wasn’t doing quite well. When she was 42, she finally made up her mind to quit the job. Some of my families doubted her sudden decision at that time. But no longer after that, she came to realize that she has a talent of communicating with others in the society rather than calculating money in the office. Thus, she quickly built up her business as an education councilor and ran a parents’ club. Now she gains a big success in her business as well as respect from others. When being asked how she could have the courage to quit and start a business in her 40s, she just smiled and said: It’s better late than never! So this story of her taught me that whatever situation you are in, be confident to chase what you really love and what you are really talented in, and don’t be afraid of other voices. As her career booming, she became busier and busier. Most of her time is occupied with her work. However, not only does she run the business well, she also runs the family well. Every evening she gets back from work, she heads for the kitchen and begins her cooking. She is such an intelligent chef that I appreciate every dish she makes. Whenever I come across some trouble in my study, she postpones her job and comes by to accompany me. No matter how busy she is, she wouldn’t forget loving her family. She always says: Success means nothing without a warm family. Her ability in finding balance between work and family is precious as well as admirable. I regard my mum as my role model for her perseverance, courage and love. I have been always learning from her shining points and endeavor to become a person like her in the future. That’s all. Thank you! 尊敬的评委和各位嘉宾，下午好！很感谢能给我这样的机会来分享，今天我要分享的是我的榜样。 你身边是否有这样一个人，能够十年如一日坚持每天早晨六点前起床？你身边是否有这样一个人，在她四十多岁的时候开始创业？你身边是否有这样一个人，能够完美的平衡家庭与工作？ 我见到过这样的人，这个人，就是我的妈妈。 在我上小学的时候，每天早晨，我都是在妈妈的读书声中醒来。有时候，她大声朗读自己喜爱的中文诗词，另一些时候，她也通过大声朗读英文，提升自己的英语。她把阅读这件事情安排在7:30之前，因为结束之后她还要去上班。因此，她必须在六点前起床。这一习惯她坚持至今，并且她说这个习惯让自己的写作和表达能力有极大的提高。妈妈的毅力打动了我，我非常佩服她坚持不懈学习的精神。她用实际行动告诉我，学习会让一个人一直保持年轻和活力。 我的妈妈曾经在一家大型科技公司做会计，在其他人看来，这是一份令人满意的工作，稳定性好，而且社会认可度也很高。然而我的妈妈对此并不感兴趣，因此也做的不是很好。当她42岁的时候，她终于下定决心辞去了这份工作，当时家人都对她如此草率的决定提出质疑。不过很快，她清楚的意识到，比起坐在办公里跟数字和金额打交道，她更擅长在社会中与人面对面沟通。于是，妈妈很快就创立了自己的公司，成为一名教育顾问，并且运营一个家长俱乐部。妈妈的俱乐部运行得很好，同时也赢得了周围人的尊敬。当被人问起，为何当初有勇气辞职并且在四十多岁的时候创业，她笑着说：迟做总比不做要好！妈妈的故事教会我，不论处于什么样的环境，一定要自信地去追求自己热爱和擅长的事情，不要太在意别人的看法。 随着妈妈的事业发展，她也越来越忙，大部分时间被工作占据，不过她不仅能把事业照顾好，同时也能照顾好家庭。每天下班到家，她便径直走到厨房开始准备晚餐，妈妈是一个很有天分的厨师，做的每道菜我都喜欢。每当我学习上遇到困难，她都会推掉工作陪我一起克服。不管有多忙，她都不会忘记对家人的爱与陪伴。妈妈总说，没有温暖的家庭，就没有成功。她平衡生活和工作的这一能力十分难得也令人钦佩。 我把妈妈当做我的榜样，从她身上学到坚韧，勇气和爱，我一直在学习她身上的闪光点，努力在未来成为一个像她一样的人。 谢谢大家！
