Hello, everyone！ I'm Angelina, an English teacher in Middle School, MLIS-Hainan. I'm cheerful and humorous. I like eating, shopping, watching movies, and of course reading. I'm a person who likes to contact new things. 大家好，我是来自海枫初中的英语教师陈明新，本人性格开朗，幽默风趣，爱好吃饭逛街看电影，当然还有阅读，平时闲来没事会写写东西，是一个喜欢接触新鲜事物的人。
It's a great honor to have this opportunity to stand on the stage. Thanks to leaders for giving me this chance to show myself and let others know more about me. 非常荣幸有机会站上“枫叶教师演讲”的舞台，感谢领导给了我此次机会，能让我站在台上展示自己，让大家认识我。 First of all, as an English teacher, I am very honored to work here in Maple Leaf, to meet different excellent teachers and listen to their wonderful Maple Leaf stories. I have gained a lot in the process. 首先，身为一名英语教师，我很荣幸身处在枫叶这个大环境中，有幸遇见不同的优秀教师，聆听他们精彩绝伦的枫叶故事，过程中收获良多，感慨良多。 Secondly, as a newcomer here, I am very glad to work in such a warm team. We help each other, share with each other, all that helps me learn and make progress every day. Thanks for the tolerance of the team and the cultivation of my leader Catherine. 其次，作为枫叶的新人，我很高兴能在如此热情的团队中工作。 我们互相帮助，互相分享，每天帮助我学习和进步。感谢团队的包容和领导对我的培养。 Finally, as a "Maple Leaf Speaker", I need to tell the story of Maple Leaf well. If someone knows me after the speech, it will be a good experience for me. 最后，作为一名“枫叶演说家”, 我需要把枫叶的故事说好，如果我做到了让别人记得我，那么于我来说，这就是一次不错的演讲体验。
Here are my tips for preparing a speech. 以下是演讲小妙招： 1. Extract material and construct structure. A good speech is based on a good manuscript. Before becoming a "speaker", you need to be a "writer" first. You need to prepare well in advance, not only writing well in the beginning, but also combining the text with real experience and sublimating the theme in the end. 提取素材，构思结构。好的演讲基于好的演讲稿，在当“演说家”之前需要先当“作家”,写好开头，结合个人经验写好正文，提前准备好要分享的故事，以真实的故事作为论据，最后结尾升华主题。 2.Calm down. Eliminate tension and keep a peaceful mind to make the speech more natural. 放平心态。消除紧张情绪，保持平和的心态，你的演讲会更加自然。 3.Solid professional foundation, standard pronunciation, authentic pronunciation and intonation, words and sentences are the most basic elements of a good speech. 扎实的专业基础、标准的发音、地道的语音语调、遣词造句的恰当运用都是一场好的演讲最基本的要素。 4. Proper body language can refresh the audience. 得体的肢体语言能让观众耳目一新哦。
